My Design Journey... Up Until Now

Welcome to my journey. This is where I YAP about my life as it pertains to design. I was born in 1996. Yes, the 1900's. I loved life as a 90's baby. My dad and I would draw together as soon as I could hold a pencil. I got what he called "Alex's First Art Box" when I was 3 years old. I still have it with the enscription and all. That was the start to my fine arts passion and now I can't stop. I MUST draw, paint, express myself OR ELSE. And let's just say I don't want to know what would happen if I stopped. INCOMING. Here comes my graphic design journey. I started with the KidPix CD-ROM on my computer when I was probably 4 or 5 years old. That's when it all started. I was taking clients and faxing them their papers by 6 and had a multimillion dollar company by 8. Wild right? Then, I got into Photoshop and creating Wix sites when I was in junior high and got the opportunity to go to college and persue the study of design when I was 25 years old and graduated with my AAS in Graphic Design when I was 27. One of the best decisions of my life. I've always had what people call the audacity. Yeah... I think I can do anything. Not only do I think it, I know it to my core. And so I can. I will make it happen NO MATTER WHAT. and I think I'm the best at what I do and if anything makes that belief untrue I take that knowledge and learn, practice, repeat unitl i am the best, yet again. I know this will be a life long adventure and that's exciting to me. I just love learning and growing and being the best. So that's what I do! And doing that for myself means doing that for my beloved clients. I like making people WIN. That brings me to my next subject... The Underdogs. Read it next week. Talk soon!
